Is your account linked to a Microsoft account or do you have a local account? If the former applies, you can only get a new password via Microsoft and can't remove it with any tools: https://account.live.com/...word/reset
If you are using a local account, I would use the Offline NT Password & Registry Editor for help: http://pogostick.net/~pnh/ntpasswd/
You burn the ISO file onto a DVD or alternatively create a bootable USB stick. You would have to do that with another device. Starting with Windows 7, there's an option directly under Windows to burn an ISO file to a data carrier. To do this, right-click on the ISO file and select Burn Disk Image.
If you decide on the variant with the USB stick, then download the free Rufus program: https://rufus.akeo.ie/?locale=de_DE
Open the program and click on the selection button on the right. Now select the ISO file. You shouldn't have to change anything in the settings. So you can start the process right away.
You then boot from the created data carrier and as soon as the Password & Registry Editor has started, you select the partition on which Windows is installed and then press Enter again to confirm the registry path.
Now choose the first option => Password reset with space as delimeter and then choose the first option again => Edit user data and passwords.
Now enter your username and confirm this with Enter. Now select the first option again => Clear (blank) user password.
Now you give! One to confirm everything. Finally, Q to exit the tool.
After that, the password should have been removed.
If none of the above methods work, I would simply back up all the important files and then reinstall Windows. I recommend Hiren's BootCD to back up the files.

Then boot from the created data carrier. A live version of Windows 10 will then run, allowing you to access and back up your files.
If there are no important files on the device, you can of course reinstall Windows immediately.
