PC with current situation for about 500 euro?

I want to buy a new PC (not a finished PC, but the parts) because my current laptop is simply too weak for my areas of application.

My areas of application:

Java and C # Development
Animations with Blender (mainly with Cycles)
Photo and video editing with Adobe products
Games (Mainly Minecraft, Satisfactory, Space Engineers, Elite Dangerous)
Microsoft applications.

I don't expect everything to go perfectly, but at least deliver a satisfactory result.

Is that possible for around 500-600 euro?

If so, do you have any recommendations?

Build the one here and put a 2tb hdd on it: https://hardwarerat.de/...windows-10

I'm not sure, is a Vega 11 GPU strong enough for the areas listed above?

For your money you won't get anything faster than the integrated graphics unit vega11

Unfortunately, your requirements do not allow any part on the PC that could be saved without sacrificing performance. That doesn't make it any easier.

With a GTX 1660 or a GTX 1660 Ti, this would be a solid price-performance setup for your purposes, with my tip to install a SATA SSD (or HDD, depending on the required capacity and wallet thickness) and the M.2 SSD soon to use as a system hard drive. Unfortunately, graphics cards still cost about twice as much as last autumn, which is at least for the moment being thwarted.

At the moment, you can only fit a GTX 1050 Ti for around 200 euro on new (in the sense of "unused") GPUs into your budget. For the price, I got a GTX 1660 a few years ago. Maybe you can buy a used GTX 1060 6GB for 200 euro somewhere, but even that is rather utopian.

Lately I've seen comparatively cheap graphics cards online from Saturn, MediaMarkt and Conrad that are sold to self-collectors. You might be lucky enough to find a 1660 / Ti on sale for 300 euro. If nothing unforeseen happens, I think such an offer in the coming months is realistic.

This comes pretty close:

Even if the card is sure to get a bit loud here under load.

With the budget you are currently best advised with something used. Otherwise I would kind of do it like this:

With the graphics card, you just have to look what is currently available.
