Have ordered a 1000 Euro laptop to pick up at Saturn. A great offer. Can I pick him up at 17 and pay there?

Clearly you can, if dad does not agree, he simply contradicts the contract of sale;

Purchase contract is initially pending ineffective until a parent or guardian agrees. You are not fully competent

lo

I do not know if you can. Let's just assume that you are able to go to the market and you have the money for it… Then you should be able to.

and now you can come too! The fact that the baggekdparagraph prohibits buying or selling such a thing is a myth.

The pocket money paragraph only gives the seller a certain amount of legal leeway. He is therefore allowed to refuse the sale at his own discretion in the purchase of high-priced goods!

As a rule, however, it is not the case that a fair-minded 17-year-old will ask you…

The law does not matter if you're 7 or 17. One is only partially able to act. The parents could undo the business under 18, should the purchase not have been permitted by the same.

Under 7 years you can't buy anything yourself if you will.

That's fine, as long as it's not paid by installment.

lo

If the parents want it that way…

it is specifically about the legal security for the consumer or the shopkeeper… Complain the parents are allowed to insist on rewinding the business! In the worst case, the child has to move the lolly out again - however:-)
