Laptop how many inches?

I wanted to get a used laptop, up to 300 euro should just be used to work, have a ssd inside, I5, ryzen 3. And now I wonder how many inches should a laptop have so that you can work with it?

Or am on the go a lot, and doing everything on the phone is slowly getting on my nerves.
