My laptop starts slowly with Windows 10 and then comes a message: "Can't log in to the account" I can only log out then Windows restarts (same error) or turns off. I can then work without many applications (desktop). Which account do you mean?

The account is usually the administrator account.
This means the registration with your Windows account.
Faulty installation. Pack the installation medium (USB stick or DVD) in again and start from this drive.
After loading the installation data, you can then select a repair (instead of the installation). Click on it and follow the instructions.
