Yesterday, unfortunately, I lost the laptop. The picture was directly broken. Then I connected the laptop to a monitor. When entering my password, a letter is not "L" which is exactly in my password, all other letters work. Double bad luck. Then I bought an external keyboard today and tried it and still the key L does not work.
Can someone tell me if you can fix it or is the laptop defective at this point?

in Windows there's a "Ease of use" and there's a "on-screen keyboard" that comes before signing up, this is a three-quarter circle with an arrow, right below next to the turn off symbol. If you click on the symbol, a selection opens and then you just open the on-screen keyboard, you can then control the keys with the mouse.
But why on the external keyboard is not, is also a mystery to me, but I hope that I could help you.
