Pause button on my laptop makes music quieter?

So I have a button on the laptop to go back and forth, but when I tried to use the pause button on Youtube for the first time, I found that the button on my laptop would turn down the volume instead. Is it possible to change this somehow? In addition to the said button, I also have a separate and a quiet function on the laptop, so I wonder why the pause button also regulates the sound and does not pause

That can really only be due to the drivers. In principle, the key works yes.

Look at the manufacturer page of the book. There should be the drivers.
