My Wi-Fi connection was always not the best. Now I'm in online class and my Wi-Fi connection is making my life difficult - I'm constantly being thrown out of the video conferences.
Now I wanted to raise my line at Vodafone by phone and then I was informed that I already had a 200Mbit / s line. However, I only got 2 to 8 Mbit / s in the Vodafone speed test, except when I connected the LAN cable to my laptop - I got around 200 Mbit / s. I then checked that my router wasn't next to other electronic devices and still got a bad connection.
Can I request a new router from Vodafone or have my router replaced? Apparently a lot of people have a problem with this router.

What does that tell you
Use a cable and all problems are solved.
The problem is that I have the problem with every device and can't plug in a cable to all of them
One cable is sure to be enough for your online lessons.
