Amd Ryzen 5 3550h or Intel i5 8300h (notebook)?

I would like to buy a laptop with which I want to do 3D graphic design (e.g. Blender). Now my budget is NOT that of a successful architect and I have to choose between a laptop with an AMD Ryzen 5 3550h with 24 gigabytes of RAM or a laptop with an Intel i5-8300H with 8, maximum 16 gigabytes of RAM. So what is more important, RAM or the processor itself?

PS: both would have 4 gig VRAM, if that helps you something

however, a good CPU in 3D stuff is a little more important
