Why aren't Microsoft Teams wallpapers being displayed?

I have the problem with 4 different expensive Pcs and Laptops that when I click on Show Background Effects, that there's simply a white screen and no pictures are displayed, what can you do there?

PS: Please don't come with me, bad graphics card "or log off and on and something like that.
