What should I do if Saturn delivery takes too long?

I ordered a notebook online in the Saturn store on February 1st. So or an employee made the order online for me. I paid on the spot and also received the order confirmation and the receipt. It stands for 6-7 working days, but now it is already 8 working days. Didn't get an email as to the delivery status.
