I'm a bit desperate at the moment. I returned my laptop to Saturn for repairs on December 14th, 2020. Since then I've been waiting for my device.
(Info what happened before)
In June I asked by phone in February and then with an email because I didn't get any information. The first one was ignored, the second on February 8th (seven days later) I was told that the manufacturer had been set a deadline. "Due to Corona there are currently delivery problems and the repair may be delayed"
On February 26th and then on March 5th I wrote another email and both were mercilessly ignored.
(Current)
On March 13th I complained again about Facebook because I just can't believe that I'm left in the dark. There I got the following answer: "Unfortunately, our hands are tied here."
I have previously stated that I depend on the device.
is there a way to counteract this? How far can you go in the corona situation? And do I have to put up with that?
At Saturn it was said that it would take a maximum of 21 days, so the statement could also be found on the page. I was also prepared that it could take a little longer, but this service and the waiting time is just driving me crazy
does anyone have a tip for me?
Delivery time / repair delayed
due to corona claim?
absolutely possible if enough employees have been withdrawn because they are supposed to be "positive" according to the self-test or an over-sensitive PCR test
Have a look, for example, what happened at Tönnies ^^
It may be that the whole repair shop is closed & distance selling (law) generates new test waves for devices
but 3 months is really hearty…
And thanks to the coming masses of self-tests by laypeople, this can increase massively at the overall German level
Because these should be "positive" according to self-test or hypersensitive PCR test
Just for the sake of understanding: you really don't have positive things?
Just for the sake of understanding: you really don't have positive things?
Just to understand, you also believe everything TV says?
I've never said that among all the false positives there aren't some real positives.
