Hello everyone after a long search I have found 2 laptops which I like very much and are sufficient for my school purposes but I would like to know which of the two is stronger among each other.
Surface Pro X:
Microsoft® SQ1 ™
Adreno ™ 685 graphics processor
Surface laptop 3:
Quad-core 10th Gen Intel® Core ™ i5-1035G7 processor Quad-core 10th Gen Intel® Core ™ i7-1065G7 processor
both have 8 gb ram
Pay more attention to the graphics card, these surfing things have saved everyone there.
Wouldn't take any of them.
School things. Everything is enough
Which of the two is more powerful?
The problem with the Surface Pro X is that it is a new ARM CPU. Although it is significantly more energy efficient, it can't run many Windows programs natively. 32 bit x86 programs are emulated and sometimes run slowly. 64 bit is not possible. If you want to use something like Microsoft Office on your own, this can be a problem, so if you don't just use webapps, you would rather recommend the surface laptop. But it is also a premium product
The SQ1 is a qualcomm. An ARM CPU. The i5 i7 etc. Are X86-64 CPUs. Especially for laptops, desktops and co. Clearly preferable. In my opinion, ARM is only looking for something in cell phones, tablets and such. There are no x86 programs running on it. Simply downloading any programs is not there. Everything has to go through an emulator. So the second with the i5 or i7. I7 is of course the best. But also costs
What if it's only for work
Image editing? Turn on the brain!
Because you do that at school too? And the ICE Lake intil Iris igpus are more than useful for this
Usually runs via the CPU, in addition, there's no saving on the GPUs in the Surface series. These are ULV devices, many even passively cooled, because the IGP is used.
