TREKSTOR laptop turns on and off?

I have a laptop from TREKSTOR and when I turn it on it starts, it loads and then it briefly off and then on again with exactly the same loading screen. It flickers all the time and it may not be that the thing is broken because it is new (bought around January 2020). It also doesn't look like something is broken, but as if the thing was just hanging. Maybe someone has tips and experience with such a model? Should I wait until the battery runs out and then recharge or reset everything if possible?

I wouldn't be playing around for long, if the thing is from January 2020 I would send it in (of course contact the seller beforehand)
