Which graphics tablet?

I plan to buy a graphics tablet and have already done a lot of research about it, but I still have one question, because I would be interested in whether there are graphics tablets that don't have to be connected to a PC, laptop or tablet 🤔. I would also like to know which graphics tablet is best for drawing characters / animes / cartoons. I'm looking forward to your suggestions😌

I would think of an iPad Air and iPad Pro. You should be able to draw on it and you can use it for many other things. Unfortunately, the Apple Pencil adds another 100 euro. But if you really want to get started, I recommend a Wacom Intuos S, which costs 100 euro, but has to be connected to the PC. I don't have that much experience with mangas. But I think that it depends more on the software.
