Notebook W10 in Russian bought - reinstall or change languages?

Today I used a very good notebook. The previous owner was a native Russian speaker and thus installed Windows 10 in russian.

I could either reinstall windows 10 pro change the language? Is there another variant? Which would be best?

It's best to reinstall Win 10 in the right language. If Win 10 was preinstalled, delete all partitions before reinstallation.

Windows offers language packs via updates, but you would have to "dig" through the Russian interface. If Windows simply reinstalled what it had on it, you won't be interested anyway, I think.
