Good choice as a gaming notebook?

I hope I can find some people here who are a little knowledgeable and can give me a clear opinion. I have a gaming notebook in front of me to buy and currently have one in view that is even less than 1,000 euro: Acer Nitro 5 (AN517-51-55ML). However, I'm unsure about the SSD, is 1TB SSD sufficient or does it have to be a combination of SSD and HDD?

The Gtx 1650 (4GB) and the i5 9300H processor actually didn't seem too bad to me and were quite reasonable for the price. I add a link for the notebook and would be happy to receive quick answers!

Don't get Hdd 1. Are larger than SSDS in form factor, and 2. Slower

Ssds have become quite cheap, and you have expansion options in almost every notebook. With ner 1650 you can play as much as you want, but with the processor I would use a Ryzen because I think they have a better price performance

Re

It's OK. But i7 is better.

I have XPS, is Gaming Ultrabook. Looks good, but with some games there are problems with cooling from the graphics card… So gaming PC is better for games. But if you don't like very demanding games, a notebook will do.

Take a look at Dell XPS 15

I often have a lot on my ears and don't get to play as often at the moment, so I don't have extremely high standards. Maybe it happens that I want to play GTA5 for a while, but have a look. With the Dell, the graphics card would worry me because it doesn't sound particularly good

Re

Jo, GTA 5 is the most demanding thing my XPS can do… Anno 1800 and the latest Tropico is not possible. You're right

I have to see if I can find a notebook with a good Ryzen. But I don't know much about the manufacturer, which ones are good?

And the i5 would theoretically be enough anyway, right?

Te

Theoretically and practically, yes, but Intel has put up with something regarding the "further development" of its processors, since amd has made better use of its potential.

He

OK. Then maybe I really take the notebook, it should be enough for what I mainly play. And 1 TB SSD is enough or should I have more storage space?

He

Maybe they feel at an advantage and are easing something. But thanks for your advice!

Re

1 TB is the minimum…

Okay, maybe I'll find a perfect (not too expensive) laptop. In any case, thank you very much!
