I have long had the problem that my laptop "crashes" for no reason. It appears a black background then the noise comes as if you plug in a USB device and it appears a colorful square. This is usually so 5 minutes then disappears the colorful square, my laptop goes up but then it is extremely slow. Even if I want to open my files then it takes about 10 minutes.
Does anyone have a solution for?

Otherwise, the path of least resistance. Back up data, reinstall Windows. With Windows 10 approx. 15 min. So no huge effort.
