Why can't I play Netflix titles despite the internet?

I have had the problem for a short time that Neflix (but also Youtube) keep telling me: We're currently having problems accessing this title. Try again later.

In advance: The TV has Internet and is in the WLAN. Wi-Fi on cell phones, laptops and Sonos works perfectly. TV is new and Netflix has worked wonderfully so far.

If I then wait, I'll be back later, although I haven't changed anything. Then suddenly in the middle of the film this message reappears.

WTF? 'Does anyone know why that could be?

Any APP problem? Because even the internet browser on the TV works perfectly.

I would reset the device to the factory settings and reset and connect everything again. It often works miracles.

You say the TV is new. If the problem persists, I would have the device sent in. After all, you still have a guarantee. If everything else works, it can only be due to the device.
