Get rid of cat saliva?

My cat sometimes chews in unobserved moments around the corners of my laptop (I caught him doing that). I do not know how many times he did that, but there's so much whitish stuff accumulating there, I guess it's the dried saliva.

Does anyone know how to get that off? Because at least I think he does not do it anymore, but it just happened.

Ed

Saliva goes away with a damp cloth.

For you, it seems to be more the case that your cat has scraped off the top layer of paint by chewing.

At the most you can paint over it, but it will not look as beautiful as before.

It's best to get a laptop bag or find a suitable place to put it down to protect it from your cat's access.

You have misunderstood something. The cat gives you the use of his refuge. But you ungrateful person do not preoccupy with him primarily, but with your laptop. That is not how it works!
That's what you have now!

Leave your laptop like this. It is a katerzahnsigniertes unique with nibbled color layer. No one else has such a gem.

Negotiate with your hangover about alternatives. Offer him a sweet little babe. If he is not in the relationship mode, you probably come. With a truckload of tuna thereof.

Never deal with your folding calculator again. The hangover is coming! After all, you live with him! 😉

Sl

No, he only chews on it when it's up.

I thought so with the scratched paint, but the whitish I can scrape off, that made me a bit unsure.

But thanks for the answers!

Sl

That's me cler. He has already embellished my Nintendo in the same way. So it would not bother me, the laptop's not (yet) off it's broken… But that stuff is crumbling.

Ed

That's how it started with a cell phone from me. When I had it in my hand, it was time to chew on it. Until then came the one morning when my alarm went off and he flitted away with it 🙈

But laptop is luckily too heavy for that

De

Creative cat! 😂

De

There's special foil with which you can cover the things. But it is not saber-tooth-safe. Probably. Does a case that you put directly on the notebook help you? (So not a bag for outside… You know)

Or a kitty… 😎
