My cat had previously pissed on my laptop power supply unit from the laptop charger, I wiped the stains away with a dry cloth. But how do I get the smell of cat urine off it? Liquids like mouth rinse or vinegar and baking powder solution don't work 🤷♂️ Do you have any ideas what else I can do without liquids that could break the power supply?

The best thing to do is to get an anti-urine spray at the pet store, spray a little on a cloth, and rub it on the part, this should help.
There are, for example at Aldi Süd, damp cleaning cloths. You have to decide for yourself whether it is "lemon scent" or "apple scent". Such a cloth is not "wet", but damp enough to clean and also to eliminate such an odor. If necessary, just take a cloth out of the package and let it dry slightly at room temperature for a while before you use it.
With micellar water (this facial cleansing water) on a cotton pad or kitchen roll, I can also remove a lot of things very well, so that no odor remains.
Or maybe you have denture cleaning tablets / braces cleaning tablets at home. Dissolve one of them in a half-full spray bottle with water… Great cleaning agent.
