FPS Drops Fortnite?

Hi. I have had massive FPS problems in Fortnite since yesterday (after the Windows update). At first I had a black screen on my laptop all day and then reinstalled the graphics driver. The image is back, but in Fortnite the FPS display went down to 1-10 FPS instead of a permanent 120 FPS as before. By adjusting the graphics settings nothing changes and I can absolutely no longer play. In other games like Minecraft everything works as before.

Hope you can help me.

I would recommend installing the PC and updating the drivers. But the best thing to do would be to stop with Fortnite, as it's not a good game.
