CPU behaves incomprehensibly?

I don't really know how to ask the question, but I've had very strong FPS drops in games for a long time that I didn't have before with the same settings. R6, e.g. Always ran at 100FPS, but suddenly drops here and there down to 10FPS. Now I have recorded that with intel XTU and I noticed a couple of strange behaviors.

I edited the original image for better resolution. The red outlined places are the values at which I experienced FPS drops.

CPU behaves incomprehensibly

What does that tell me now? I have the feeling that every time the maximum core frequency exceeds a value, the performance is throttled, causing FPS drops to occur. However, since the temperature (green) drops and the maximum core frequency (red) rises to values at which drops usually occur, I used the laptop completely normally (Word). Does anyone have an explanation for this? If so, how do I fix it? I sucked out all the dust three days ago and otherwise left it untouched. I thought about regulating the maximum current from 128A to 150A, but I'm a little worried about the temperature (at 128A already 95 °, how high will it be if I put on 1/5 again?). Please help me, it has been annoying forever and no solution on the Internet helps.

Are you there at 85 ° C and wondering about frame drops?

CPU too hot, CPU is clocking down for protection.

Absolutely normal!

Va

So 85 ° C is quite a lot. The CPU probably clocks down from time to time to cool down. Try the bigger one cooler.

Well, but earlier (about half a year) it showed the same values but I had no FPS drops, is the cooler getting old?

Ab

It's a laptop with two coolers, what else can I make big? I can't do more, unfortunately.

Ab

Oh, it's usually 95 degrees

bi

Have you always had over 85 degrees? Do you realize that such temperatures are harmful in the long run?

Don't know what CPU you have, but it shouldn't go above 70 degrees.

You should change the cooler!

Ab

Intel I5, how do I change the cooler on a laptop?

bi

Oh, you also use a laptop. Laptops are not so suitable for gaming anyway.

Maybe you should just dust it off.

Then it's best to get a cooling pad.

Back then, Son Ding lowered my temperature by about 10 ° C.
