Black laptop screen with mouse pointer?

Laptop with Windows 10. Yesterday when I quit Skyrim it hung up and I couldn't click anything. Then I kept the off button pressed to shut down. If I turn it on now, the screen stays dark, I can see and move the mouse. The battery was not empty, I tried to log in "blindly" and researched the Internet but found nothing that helped. Lights light up and when I turn it on, there's a familiar sound that it goes on, but then you can normally hear that it starts up. Think of it like a PlayStation (but not as loud as an airplane taking off.)

Maybe someone has had the problem and knows what to do

Turn it on, remove the power, pull out the battery, press the on / off button for 30 seconds.
