Bad latency, what can I do?

I have recently assembled a new PC. Unfortunately my latency is not stable now. (See picture below)

I have the motherboard: ASRock Fatal1ty Professional Intel i7

The drivers are all current.

Now I have not done anything but also diligently researched:

I downloaded the ASUS Lan drivers as explained in this Reddit post: https://www.reddit.com/...gaming_i7/

I do not know if it really helped but I feel that the burglaries are not that often anymore. Nevertheless, it is bad.

I also set the roaming dynamics to low in the Device Manager and set the MIMO power save mode as described here: https://forums.hardwarezone.com.sg/hardware-clinic-knowledge-base-33/%5Breview%5D-asrock-z370-fatal1ty-gaming-itx-ac-5763404.html

Likewise, I have read in a forum that Windows is always looking for more available networks and that is the reason. However, this can only be done in the registry. Well, first of all, I do not like changing anything in the registry, and secondly, I have not found the point where I can change that: https://forums.intel.com/s/question/0D50P0000490NlsSAE/ac-7260-frequent-ping-spikes?language=en_US

Of course I looked in the registry for my Intel driver so the 3168 version. I also searched with "Ctrl + F" for the "ScanWhenAssociated" and found nothing.

It is not on the router. I have tried with another laptop with LAN and Wi-Fi, everything was fine. I also have my phone connected to the old PC and connected via USB tethering. As I have a good ping and a good download speed.

With LAN, I can't connect the PC. So I'm dependent on Wi-Fi.

Well, now I'm pretty helpless what else to do.

Anyone here has an idea how I can solve the problem, or why it could be?

Let the signal on D-Lan to send, just look for it.

Ay

Does not work, have used D-LAN for years and there are no good results. Problem: live in a house and my room is on a different circuit than the router.
