Connect laptop screen to PC?

Recently my screen on my PC broke and I wanted to ask if it is possible to connect my laptop screen to the PC that I can still play on my laptop without latency.

So actually my question is whether I can use my laptop screen as a screen without latency

That won't work. There are tools like the team viewer, but they are intended for monitoring. And even here there are slight latencies (even if they are not noticeable). You won't be able to avoid waiting until you have a new monitor. Unless you have a telly standing around somewhere that you can connect, that's okay.
