Laptop, hardware, keyboard, water damage, single keys?

I have a somewhat funny problem with my keyboard.
Short summary: Today I tipped a drink on my laptop keyboard - then I dabbed the laptop once and still used about 30 minutes, because I could not find a direct error. After a while, whenever I used the keys "w" or "r", it started writing "wr" as input. When I remembered my misfortune, I once again unscrewed my whole laptop, battery out and controlled for moisture, back and everything controlled - so far I have found nothing except dust. Neither components that looked broken in any way nor any traces of moisture anywhere in the laptop. I should probably say that I'm totally unfamiliar with matter and that everything looked like it was described with just lay eyes. Then I unscrewed my keyboard and still did not find any great dust, stains or moisture even there. I still cleaned everything with the help of dry towels and cotton swabs and roughly cleared it of dust, reassembled it and raised it again in the hope that it would have resolved itself. Now the laptop is running again and the keys w and r are working properly. Instead, the key m works only partially, sometimes it does not respond, then it works again, while writing it just works halfway. The h key is the most interesting case. Every time I press h, the laptop responds as if I had pressed ctrl h, that means with open browser, the search history opens. The whole thing can be avoided if I hold down h while holding down the key, then I get a large H. When you press the strg key, the search history also opens, so that both h and ctrg are synonymous with the keyboard shortcut ctrl + h. The funny part is that as soon as I press Ctrl + V several times in a row, I can use the Ctrl key for a short time normally without opening the search history. The same applies to h. If I press several times h opens the first time the course and then I write several h's in the search bar of the course. After that I can use the h normally, just like when writing the text. All other buttons work, as far as I can tell, normally. Using an external keyboard via the USB port and the on-screen keyboard I can use ctrl, h and m normally, so I suspect that the keyboard of my laptop is broken.
Now to the actual question or questions:

What else can I do / can I change anything inside the laptop?

Can I be sure that only the keyboard of my laptop is broken? Because then I could just buy a spare part and install this.

Since my question was too long, here's a little addendum: My laptop is an MSI GE70 2QD and I bought this laptop in 2014 or 2015, so the warranty claim has definitely expired.

Unfortunately, yes, she did not survive the mysterious liquid:
If it is just water, it could dry out by itself and it will work again.
But if, for example, Sugar was in the drink, then the keyboard must be removed, disassembled and cleaned, which may take 1-3 hours depending on the structure.

You can "just" install a new keyboard, but it takes time to be there and you have to install it, which could be complicated and take a long time.

Nothing is certain, it could still follow damage, especially if the charge controller was hit, so better times a specialist / expert to give control.

Thank you for your answer! Although the Mysterious Liquid contains little sugar, but a number of other things and I hardly believe that the PC prefers sweeteners to the sugar. It was always sticky.
How much does such an inspection cost and the subsequent repair? Since you have given experience, can you possibly tell me a sum or span? Is it worth it for a rather "old" model?

Lo

Swapping will not be worthwhile, but it's not worth it

Mi

You mean to buy a new keyboard for the laptop?

Lo

Yes

Mi

Hm, so would you bring the laptop for inspection or write it off right away and look for a new look?

Lo

Can you try to see what you get as a defective device for it

Funnily, the keys are just starting to work again. The space bar can be pressed with a weird feeling, but m, h and ctrl are currently doing what they should. I prefer to use the laptop for half a year until it is finally in the bucket, than the 50 euro material value for a broken device bagging.
I have just clicked through your profile and if your question about the headset is still current: I use the Logitech G Pro X. Is not the cheapest headset, but comes with Logitech sound card and replacement cable and even if it is relatively new, am I'm convinced of the longevity. The cables, ear pads and microphone are detachable and replaceable and the handle looks very robust but is still very stylish. The sound is great, and working with Blue makes it the best microphone I've seen in the market. Of course compared only with microphones on headsets. With the additional Logitech software you have almost unlimited options for both sound and recording.
