Cheapest laptop with the following specs?

I'm looking for a laptop that is small (14 inches or smaller) and has thin screen edges. It should have an aluminum body (or some other sturdy material instead of plastic). It would also be good if the ram can be expanded to 8 GB or comes with 8. It should run on Windows 10 (does not have to be preinstalled) and not e.g. On chrome os. CPU and especially GPU is not so important, because I do not plan to gamble or edit videos.

An iPad would be enough

My budget would be 500 to 600, but I think it's hard to find something with the specs. So I would go a little higher, but 680 would really be my pain limit.

I said the CPU is not that important, but of course it shouldn't be completely bad now. An I3 or I5 would be desirable, but a Pentium or Celeron wouldn't be a problem either.
