I would like to get a new laptop and unfortunately can't decide due to my lack of technical knowledge which would be best. Therefore, I hope to get help from someone who knows better.
The thing is that I need the laptop for a few more things. On the one hand for the use of Photoshop, since I'm a hobby photographer. It should also be touch, which I can paint with a pen, because I also make digital drawings. And every now and then I have to cut videos on it.
Since I'm still a student, I do not want to spend a lot of money on it, so it should not cost more than about 1100 euro.

Third person singular would be: he / she / it recommends. But singular.
Second person singular would be: you recommend. But then with S.
