Laptop what to buy?

I'm looking for a new laptop with PC hardware I'm reasonably up to date. The laptop should actually be surfed and watch movies on netflix. It should not be played (I have my desktop pc). I thought so that I want to spend something for the 300 euro for it.

Acer with Intel i3 to i5 processor (3rd generation), without built-in graphics card. What I think just for 300 euro.
