Disk utilization despite reset?

I got the old laptop from my dad today, I noticed that this is extremely slow, although that is actually a pretty strong & modern laptop. I've looked into the task manager, and seen that the volume is consistently at 100%. I've tried everything possible to clean with CCleaner & Avira, no viruses found on the PC. So I thought, I put the PC back completely, which I have done and everything worked out successfully. I have started the PC now and it is still overloaded. (I've also tried Prefatch & Superfatch before)

+ I just noticed that the volume went down to 30% for a few seconds, then it was 90-99% and right now between 0-5%. No idea but how long it stays that way.

Operating system: Windows 10

Manufacturer: Sony

EDIT: It's an SSD

Do a diagnosis with CrystalDisk. Is it an SSD or an HDD? If it is an HDD I would suggest a defect with a SSD, it can also be a defect

It is an SSD

Already made the diagnosis?

Maybe he's about to install updates from W10.

The system recovery ever turned off?

which programs are running in the background?

delete avira, install Kaspersky.

Scan the PC for broken registry entries, best with Spybot 2.

that here at Girlfriend all the same typing on defective SSD is beyond me. Because in that case everything would either crash vehemently or not start at all.

Look also best in the autostart in the task manager, what so everything at the Windows start is started. A look at the services - bar can also do wonders; Some third-party programs often drain the system.
