Ebay / used… Preferably commercial traders who have offered the same laptop at least 50 × … These are mostly company computers that have been completely replaced. These are not so good and dusty and mostly in a better condition than privately sold…
"Rich" is relative - I can also write texts with MS-DOS. Would be enough. But in 2021 it doesn't make sense to spend money on old laptops. You won't be satisfied there. I often have to do with laptops because I have to regularly check the Lappis of friends and family for errors - and the speed of loading websites is sometimes difficult (laptops are usually 3-5 years old)
As I said, it will be enough, you can't play games with it.
But for surfing the net, you can get one from the junkyard.
