Enough 300 euro for a used laptop or pc?

Mo

Second hand? Could fit

Of course it depends very much on what you want to do

4K or high end gaming devinitive not

Low end, well… Office should be devinitely rich

However, I would say that you save 4-500 euro Saving and the PC itself, which will be able to accompany you for a long time, instead of buying a new one in 1-2 years

Depends on what.

For playing, for video editing and the like rather not.

To write a letter and surf the Internet a little bit, it is enough.

Difficult topic. If you know your way around and are very active on Ebay, Ebay Classifieds, and Facebook Marketplace, then that can be.

You have to have a certain eye, to be familiar with the chipsets and processors. Then it comes quickly.

With 300 euro you can bring it to something, but it's really not easy! Because there are others who are on the lookout for the whole day and chase bargains.
An alternative would be a Ryzen 5 2400G system and later a graphics card retrofit, virgin in this case.

Nevertheless, to encourage you:
I recently bought a used i5-4460, 8GB RAM, CPU cooler and a MSI B85 PC Mate ATX board for a whopping 60 Euro including delivery.

There are always people who want to make a really fair price and just want the goods just gone. To be realistic, the hardware is actually not much value, but most still want to get the absolute maximum and set prices twice as high, in my case in this case 120 Euro.

Anyway, even with such an older CPU, you can really travel and retrofit an i7 at some point.

At just 60 euro would go quite a bit. A case gets for 20 euro, a used power supply also. In addition a cheap SSD and operating system, then we would be with 150 euro. Then there would really be room for a good graphics card like the GTX 970, which goes away for about 80-100 euro. Thus one would have actually a computer, which creates many games still on medium and high attitudes.
