Streaming laptop for 300 euro in combination with elgato?

I'm looking for a laptop that should be used with an Elgato HD60S Only for streaming.
Do you have any tips / ideas?

(I want to use the laptop as Dedicated Streaming PC: stream Ps4 screen)

(I could be 100%, building a PC for a budget of 300 euro, so please no "impossible for 300 euro blabla", for me a laptop is easier and more portable.

As a computer scientist I can't call you a laptop for 300 euro where really good quality would bring over. Of course you can build a PC for 300 Euro… But I can tell you you will have a good quality. If you want to do something like that, buy something decent. And I can't stop you from buying something cheap… But I do not recommend it to you and give it to you because of your audience. Because I know nobody who likes streams with jerky and poor quality. If you would take just a little more money in your hand you will get very good laptops at Fujitsu. Have an Ultrabook of them… But even for 2500 euro I can't use Obs without jerking. When I look at everything from okey but when streaming or recording it is awful. So no laptop at all. But a PC… A 1080 in… The core does not even have so much power… But laptops are simply not designed for streaming… And for zocken eig not synonymous

I think you do not really know (should not be offensive!) But as far as I've read in most PC forums is just the processor (what I think you have called core) the most important thing in the setup and not the graphics card?

How about an Acer Aspire 3? A little more expensive than 300 euro but with a not so bad core… But the best you still take a little more money in the hand… Because for 300 is also difficult to get a good core… Because a good core is so well over 500 usually.
