Hold down the power switch for longer. Then he goes out forced.
Battery out Power out and then let it out 5 minutes afterwards, maybe the power controller just hung up.
It is the Acer aspire 5 2018 and when the picture goes I usually turn it off at the bottom left of my homescreen

A few weeks ago I had the same thing because you can't get the battery out of me but it works differently. There's a small hole under your laptop where there's also a very small button
Then you take a small needle and press the needle into the hole for about 7 seconds.
Then it works again and you don't lose any data
