Not enough space on the laptop?

I have 111 GB of memory on my laptop (several years old) and would like to download a game with 77 GB, which is not possible because I only have 62 GB free. I checked and found that I can't delete much anymore, it's just files to delete that the operating system may need.

My question is: is there any way I can somehow remove the GB? I downloaded about 5 GB of apps (Office etc., which I need).

Because I can't imagine that the operating system needs 50 GB. Or maybe yes? Let me know!

Have to remove the .old file and the temps and shadow copies.

No chance!

You will get thrown external hard drives yourself afterwards.

Or look / search on Ebay.

Get an external hard drive and do not outsource the operating system files.

You could delete the Win.old, the downloads or the Windows updates files that are no longer needed. What you could also deactivate would be to deactivate the Windows recovery.

Simple step, let Windows search for you first:

Press the Windows key + R
Enter cleanmgr
Run over drive C.

Often, ancient remnants of Windows updates remain, which Windows can then delete by itself. That can bring one or two GB.
