Windows 8.1 does not work email program?

I have the following problem I have already had several email programs on my laptop. I can't get emsils from anyone. Access data are correct.

Laptop was reset to factory settings and the same problem again.

What can I do

Then you can have made any other mistake. I don't think it would help you if someone recommended an email program here. Your problem is rather how to correctly insert your email account into the program you have chosen.

I use outlook and I have the program on 2 computers with the same entries. It doesn't work for one.
