Razer Blackwidow Ultimate light effects lie?

I have the problem with my Blackwidow Ultimate 2016 that the light effects "Ripple" and "Breathing" (Breathing and Ripple) lie strongly with me. After a bit of a look on the net, I came across many others who have exactly the same problem. The solution here was usually to install the RAZER Surround software - with me to no avail. For others, the problem was caused by poor hardware, which for me is not really a reason. I had 0-1% CPU usage and maybe 20% RAM usage. And the few lights should definitely be satisfied with it. I have uninstalled and installed Synapse 2 several times, even tested the old legacy drivers. Here I was thrown out of the program with the error message "No Blackwidow Ultimate connected". (Synapse 3 is not yet supported) The strange thing is that the keyboard on my DELL laptop (i5-520M) runs without problems. It is also strange that the profiles do not synchronize on both PCs. Does anyone have any idea how I could fix the problem?

Specs: TERRA 6100S i5 760, GTX970OC, 8GB RAM, SanDisk Ultra SSD, so quite sufficient specs.

It doesn't store that internally but in the Synapse software. Have you ever completely removed the software from the PC and reinstalled it? Often created configs or profiles are left behind, which you have to delete manually 😅 Have you ever tried another USB port?
