Can I charge my Dell laptop with a 100 or 60 watt charging cable even though a 130 watt charging cable was included because I don't know about the battery. I just don't like the current one because it still has such a big "box", I'll tell you.
What kind of Dell is it? It actually makes sense if such a powerful power supply is included. You can safely charge it with a weaker one, but it takes longer. But whether the weaker one then has enough power for mains operation, i.e. Using a laptop with a plugged in charging cable, is a different matter.
If your laptop needs 60W of power, you won't get very far with the 60W power adapter. It's best to use a replacement with the same specifications as your old power supply.
