Charge your smartphone with 45 watts from your laptop?

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus which is charged via a 45 watt charging cable. My laptop is also charged with a 45 watt charging cable. So far I've always changed the charging cables. Are 45 watts always 45 watts? So could I easily charge my smartphone using my laptop's charging cable?

You could, but since Quick Charge is not supported, you will only charge via normal Power Delivery, which is usually slower
