Minecraft won't start curse Forge?

I hope someone here can help me. Our twins both got a laptop (the same one) for Christmas and are now playing Minecraft on it. We have already downloaded some mods via Curseforge, but now a problem has occurred on one PC. We have installed Galacticraft Pack, but it does not start properly at all and crashes. However, it works on the other PC.

That can be a problem with the launcher, I also had some trouble with external modifications. I would try to reinstall the launcher first.
