Normally I recommend the stronger graphics, but here the difference is not very big, you get more RAM.
The i5 has 8 threads, not just 4, that's why you're in good shape with it. But more interesting in this case is the clock frequency.
The GTX 1660Ti is not much worse than the RTX 2060. But the processor at Omen is much better and the 8 GB RAM does not hurt more either.
