Windows 10s experiences (Uni Laptop)?

As already described in the question, I wanted to know if anyone ever had their own experiences with Windows 10s. I would like to buy a laptop for the university with only 64 GB and from an upgrade to Windows 10 I was advised against. However, I do not want to spend too much on this laptop as I have had enough issues lately. And since the movements to Windows 10s are rather mixed, but for the laptop but good, I thought, I ask for real personal opinions from everyday life.

Rather buy a good used on ebay classifieds! There you have more of.

Edit: I have seen that you can additionally install a m.2 SSD in the device. If you do that you will not have any problems with normal windows.

Well my friend uses a laptop with Intel Celeron, and he thinks even Libre Office stutters there even though he has Linux. I do not know.

The Surfbook is completely sufficient for office applications and surfing the internet. Also with Windows 10 (without S). The change is not necessary.

The question is rather, what requirements you make of a notebook and if you really need something like that.
