Icue doesn't recognize my k65 keyboard?

I just bought a k65 from Corsair because I wanted to try it and wanted to play with rgb so I downloaded icue and jz icue doesn't find the keyboard Ka why. I connected it to my laptop because I won't be building my PC for a few weeks. Is it because of the laptop or did I do something wrong?
