Connect Huion h420 graphics tablet (without display) to laptop?

Can the Huion H420 tablet also be connected to a laptop or is it only possible with a PC?

I have the successor and only use it on my laptop and tablet.

I love Huion! So easy to install and use (the drivers)! The pens are great, the sensitivity for the price UNBEATABLE! No matter what device it is. Mobile phone works too, but I haven't done that yet.

I've had my huion for almost a year now and use it with the gimp program. It was an attempt to see if I could handle it at all (you paint differently. Don't see on the "sheet" and such)
now the name Wacom is forgotten and I will stay with huion.
