It makes no sense to recommend a manufacturer. Every manufacturer has several laptops in their portfolio. Depending on the requirements, a device from Samsung, Apple or another manufacturer can be considered.
For the money, you get a decent gaming laptop with a good graphics card.
And nothing from Samsung would be a waste of money.
Macbooks are of course also interesting, but of course it all depends on what areas of application you have. An Air M1 is definitely recommended for rendering and creative.
But if you want to do more with it and not be so limited, then I would definitely use a Windows laptop.
Take a look at the Omen series from HP or those from MSI, Asus and such are not bad either.
I guess it should be played on. Then I would rather recommend Asus or MSI. Especially MSI, I had few problems with laptops! If you want to play on it, the Apple falls out anyway. Because only a small part of the games is Mac compatible!
