YouTube blocked despite family link?

Since the middle of April I have family link and I have not had a YouTube since my father overlooked the fact that YouTube was "taken out" of the apps. And since I'm not 13 I can only get YouTube in 9 months. Since then I have to use the laptop or watch YT on my parents' PC, which constantly brings in Zoff. And since I don't want to violate the trust in my parents, I don't accept any strategies for avoidance. What can I do?
