(Although nothing ever happened) I also have this app, family link with which I have a limit of 2 hours per day, I can only use the mobile phone at 9 a.m. And then it is blocked again at 8 p.m. I can only use the apps for 20 minutes at a time. I don't know what else I can do, even my sister 5 has her own tab that she can always use and my brother 10 does the same. They also banned the laptop I wanted to buy.

Talk to them. You don't have any other choice. Sure, you could try removing the app. But what's the point if they find out and take your cell phone away for good because they don't trust you? Maybe you can try extending the time or deactivate the app. If it doesn't work, you can promise them that they will be allowed to reinstall them.
But 2 hours isn't bad for your age either. Be happy that they want to protect you. This also gives you more time for reading and other things that are not fun online.
