Good cheap laptop to edit YouTube videos?
If you want to do video editing properly you will not get there on the budget. When I got into video editing, I had to buy a new laptop because my age (which was around 600 euro in 2015 when I got it) couldn't accommodate it. Image editing would have worked, but video? No way…
You can only have a look at the second-hand market, but otherwise you're at least 1,000 euro upwards… Mine cost 1,300 and editing in 4k videos wouldn't even work with that.

You can also buy a laptop for 600 euro, but you can no longer edit HD videos with it, only SD videos (720x576)
