How is this laptop price / performance?

Find one where all current games run great and is future-proof, thank you.

Bo

Future-proof is a strange word, especially in connection with a machine where you can't swap execution units.

The price is okay, not particularly good, but not bad either.

The SSD is a bit too small, the memory a bit slow and the most powerful mobile processors are currently. Are AMD's Renoir (4800H, 4900H (S)).

Otherwise a 2070 in the range up to 1500 euro is okay.

is that better?

Bo

The processor is a little better with the GPU, it depends on how many watts the card gets in the other laptop (max-q is probably up to 90W), the SSD is also a little better about the RAM, I can't say anything because there's no information.

I would also prefer to buy a desktop pc but unfortunately I have no space for it… Would you have a laptop recommendation for me up to 1600 euro? LG

Bo

Not right now, no. Unfortunately, the most powerful processors are currently being used. Installed in the Asus Zephyrus series (4900HS) but only with a 2060-max-q. Of the two computers from your posts, I would tend to the second.

Alternatively, a miniITX system would be conceivable (monitor then via VESA as wall mounting). However, I have to admit that such systems are usually very fiddly to assemble and not necessarily cheap.
